Welcome! You much likely have no elo in ranked since you can't do 5v5 solo queue or 5v5 premade, maybe you did some 3v3 premade tough. (note: ELO is a ranking that helps ranking players vs same level of skill players.)

shaco is an extremely fun to play hero, the concept is fun. Sadly all the fun heroes are UP now and all the boring ones OP. Go figure.

Except garen though, he can be kind of funny at times.
